Bone & Muscle problems

Around 2-3 years back I fall down from stairs and I got hurt in my right leg mid foot (inversion). At that time I applied volini for 2-3 days and the pain was gone. But in August 2019 it started paining just because I walked too fast and from then whenever I walk little fast it hurts in my right leg ankle. As now I'm at home due to lockdown, i can again feel the pain there and this time I'm not able to understand why is it paining because I'm not going out and also not walking fast. The pain is not much which happens when I walk fast but it's a slight pain which I'm feeling now. Kindly help.

The AP dimension of spinal canal at disc level are as follows: L1-L2 = 1.7 cm L2-L3 = 1.5 cm L3-L4 = 1.5 cm L4-L5 = 1.0 cm L5-S1 = 1.3 cm Please tell what does this mean and what is the normal range of AP dimension.

Hello there I have an ussie with my neck its bit swollen at the back even after i apply heat pack i face problem while working or moving neck and there is nerve at that doesnot let me sleep if i sleep on the right side. Its been 2 years now and its getting worse. I had homeopathy treatment allopathy as well but it didn't work. What shall i do. I can't go for an x ray to see what's wrong.
