Bilateral paramedian discal protrusion at L4-L5 and L5-S1 intervertebral levels indenting and compressing exiting L5 and SE nerve roots on both side..Now a day so much pain creat bothe side waist and lower back

This MRI is 2 years old , if your symptoms have aggravated then better first get a new MRI done first. You can do teleconsultation to know more on this and further management
