Elbow operated physiotherapy
My elbow fractured one year ago , nearby elbow my bone became broken and Doctor operated and he done implanting technic ..
I had done 3 - 4 month physiotherapy bt my elbow movement is not proper , only 20% moving my elbow..Now also having stiffness on elbow..fingers are moving proper ...
Plz suggest me .
Now, What I will do??

Stiffness of elbow is a bad thing
Treatment may range from physiotherapy to arthrolysis . But the result will be suboptimal. Better to see a orthopaedic doctor in person and discuss it in proper way
