Pain in ankle in morning
Hello doctor I have a disc bulge in L5 and L1 about a year ago which after treatment and regular back exercise is under control. Now I have started feeling pain in my both the feets specially above the finger. Is it connected to that.

Sometimes in disc prolapse there may be no back pain, but the presentation may be like pain in legs or numbness and weakness depending on site and structure of compression
