Please let me know that natural remedies like asafoetida or carom seeds will help for stomach bloating? Also do let me know for a 36 year old man what are other sources of natural remedies that can help to reduce this stomach bloating issues in people who have sedentary lifestyle?

Sir my amylase is 174.but before it always between 100 to 130.i have pain in middle abdomen discomfort irritation nd more gas passes.m very aphset.i have taking medicine more than 12 months but no profit.why my amylase suddenly incemreased niddle type pain.is this reversible.before some time i was normal but suddenly.mu lipase level is normal.always discomfort nd pain .i have taken lot of alcohal before doctor says i have esophagus pain.😑😑😑please help sir.m submiiting my report
