My mother who is 66 years of age was telling me about certain home remedies for my child who is just 5 years of age and has severe pollen allergy problems. I live in US and my mother in India. Are these home remedies like tulsi, pepper and such other spices advisable for such a young child and will it be effective in the climate of US?

My stool is not that hard or hard at all and I'm not forcing it to get out but still I'm experiencing itching in my rectum ( not while bowel movement). Why am I feeling this ?
