Is turmiric drinking with a glass of milk daily in the morNing good or bad? Pls suggest me If good than how much quantity?

Turmeric with a glass of milk in the night is good. Quantity is based on your “PRUKRUTI” , current health condition. It is safe to start with a cup of milk and then you can gradually increase quantity of milk. Ayurveda medicines can certainly help you in improving digestion.

hi, turmeric with milk is always better for health . 1/4 spoon with cup of milk is recommended ,if you are taking for longer duration.for digestion issue you must consult with doctor with detail
