My brother has muscle pain in back he is taking panchkarma treatment How long does it take for mild muscle pain to get treated from panch karma

I am suffering from psoriasis.I had taken ayurvedic treatment. At one stage it was cured so i stopped taking medicine. But now it has spread all over my body kindly suggest how should i proceed.

He is 75 and has a very weak body. He is diagnosed with Malaria. He is having high fever which is not getting down, even after dolo650 What can be done to improve his condition. He is now very weak and also have low platelets count 48k

She is suffering from bedsores of stage 2 .There is pus coming out of them and in some areas their are stage 1 bedsores. Being bedridden is primary cause for this.We are calling nurse on daily basis which is doing her dressing,also we are giving antibiotics to heal the bedsores. Kindly provide ayurvedic remedy which can fasten the healing process .Any oil/cream which can be suggested and added to the dressing process. I have read about the jatyadi oil.I want to understand it's effectiveness.
