In fissure, is it safe to use pileum cream along with Jatyadi tail for healing of wound? And does Chandanaasava harden stool?

My daughter 12 years old has always been lean,tall for her age,dry to normal skin ,very sensitive for comments, facial expressions, anxiety prone and has been chronically constipated.Since the start of menstruation she has picked up weight and is more worryful than before. Is this normal ? And what personality type does she belongs too? And what can be her imbalances?

I have heavy bleeding prob during menstruation . It starts up with spotting for few days and all of the sudden after a week the heavy flow starts. No pain but lot of blood loss due to the heavy bleeding. For 7 to 8 days it flows heavily with clots in it. Then it stops all of the sudden so in a month 15 days I face this issue. Have hd all the test like thyroid and pap smear. Nothing ruled out and all the test turns out to be normal. Is there any solution for this prob in ayurvedic? And heard any ashokarista. Can this be the solution of my prob? Kindly suggest.
