I have a skin blemish /discoloration left because of a high fever. It has been nearly 8 months now but it hasnt dissappeared. I am applying a paste of neem, turmeric and geam flour daily since a week to help reduce it. Will it go away? What can I do to remove it completely at home? Please suggest vegan remedy as I am vegan

Since 7 years I have hypothyroid, using thyronorm 25 mcg and in these period of using thyronorm the TSH was normal. Last 2 months I took Ayurvedic treatment virechana karma for my gastric problems followed by kanchanar guggulu for thyroid at near by Ayurvedic hospital and now the TSH is high. I see the Ad about ThyroQ and wanted to start it..how would you suggest?
