Weekness..
Feeling tired whole day, always feeling weekness, sometimes lower back pain, sometimes upper back pain, sometimes joint pain, hair fall, can't able to daily work in home. Feeling very low sometimes, insomania, lucoria, fatigue. In the age of 30 i am feeling like 70 year old. I already consulted with  aleopathic docter. My all reports are normal including thyroid, diabetes, hamonal test, hemoglobin is 14.1. Please give some advice i am very disappointed now with my health.
