Lower back pain
I'm suffering from lower back pain for the past 3 weeks, I went for a physiotherapy but that dint work for me. Is there anyone could solve my problem ?

Acute back pain may be due to many causes like muscular spasm,disc prolapse,strain or tear in d ligaments or muscles etc..wrong posture,wait gain,sedentary life style may be the aggravating factors.
