Hi I am 26 year old female. My periods are always regular and comes in 28-30 days. But I have severe cramping pain in my stomach that I cannot step out of the house. I feel very weak because of this pain. I have even tried having pain killers but did not get relief. Kindly suggest some home remedies for menstrual cramping.

How is pressure being controlled through ayurvedic approach and is there any nerve protective remedies also available in ayurveda? Is this slow to show results ?
