Can i take ashwagandha brahmi and gokshura in an empty stomach with milk? just making it hundred words

Diagonised with duodenal erosion with chronic gastritis n  last month tried razo 20 mg had side effects so took pantodac dsr was ok but later again bloating started after having watermelon salad took latiff along with sucrafil but no result got endoscopy again n found few h pylori infection took pylokit of cipla got severs bloating n gassy stomach discontinued it .. later continued pantosec but anxiety n irregular heart beat .. discontinued dat also.. now not having any medicines but there is no pain in stomach  but mild Vomit sensation and n not feeling hungry some what discomfort in stomach mild burning sensation in left lower rib after eating for few seconds n also chest n on right side some glitch in right upper n lower abdomen  .. is der permanent cure in homeopathy or ayurveda for duodenal erosion n gastritis
