I was suffered from fistula. My operation through kharsutra vidhi successfully before 3 month. Bt now operated area is red and pain. What should I do

I have heavy bleeding prob during menstruation . It starts up with spotting for few days and all of the sudden after a week the heavy flow starts. No pain but lot of blood loss due to the heavy bleeding. For 7 to 8 days it flows heavily with clots in it. Then it stops all of the sudden so in a month 15 days I face this issue. Have hd all the test like thyroid and pap smear. Nothing ruled out and all the test turns out to be normal. Is there any solution for this prob in ayurvedic? And heard any ashokarista. Can this be the solution of my prob? Kindly suggest.

For the past six months i have drank 1.5 litres of water in the empty stomach at morning this would have made me loss of appetite. But after aayurvedic doctors advice i stopped drinking much water in the morning but now also iam not feeling hungry. What are the natural foods that increase digestive juices and make me feel hungry. You doctors should all help me please🙏 and also let me know whether eating raw garlic on empty stomach increase digestive juices

Hi, I had diarrhea 2 months back twice which took 3&8 days respectively to treat by norflox TZ after which I'm unable to digest food easily coz of which I'm forming gas very frequently and my stool is also liquidy sometimes and have mild constipation even after having blend diet. This problem has increased  from last 10 days. I don't have any other symptom, what can I do to get rid of this. Is there any ayurvedic medicine like Kumariasav/pancharishta or Hingwastak churna? Please suggest best one   What are the foods that I can have whole day?
