Hiii doctors, due to continuous smoking(6years) my friend affected with breathing problem like striking something in lungs, could you please advice on this.

I am suffering from constipation from past 12 months... I poop very less or for for some days I do not poop.. my stomach is getting bigger and bigger. I also feel weakness and a bit acidity.. ( I don't know much but according to me , it is either concerned with thyroid or pitt dosh) It would be greatful if you prescribe any medicine.

My stool is not that hard or hard at all and I'm not forcing it to get out but still I'm experiencing itching in my rectum ( not while bowel movement). Why am I feeling this ? I have taken albendazole ( for 3 days) just in case of pinworms. But no relief yet. I'm not experiencing this at very large level but still why ? I have had severe constipation for almost a month post my delivery even without the usage of iron and calcium supplement. I used doc prescribed duphalac and a haemmeroid cream and I got relief for a few days. Again it seems to be relapsing still without the usage of my regular iron n calcium supplements. Someone had mentioned to me that using Triphala regularly will provide relief from constipation and this can be taken life long with no side effects. Please advise. Also is this safe to be taken during breastfeeding.

Suffering from spondelytis and lower back pain since 30 years..Recently had accident and fallen down from two wheeler in sitting position and lower back got severely affected..Severe burning pain after half an hour of walk and sit...Got x-ray done ..Lower vertebrae are pressed because of which blood circulation is being interrupted..Hence the burning pain.. because of interrupted blood circulation even joint pain is there and can't walk continuosly ..Feels like lying down on bed..Pain is like stimulating wound in the lower back .. allopathywale doc says operation..We don't want to go for operation in this age..Hence looking for alternate treat ment
