Sir/mam last 4 years I have skin problems please suggest any specialist doctor on this skin problem .

I'm unable to gaain weight I have pain in lower stomach and I have constipation problem is tis at be reason for not gaining weight

Im loosing weight without any reason i think i have so much of toxins as i have acne hairfall weiggt loss i lost 7 kg wt in 8 mnths But detoxoficatiin reduces weight im already 37 and weak if i take aam pachak churna after food  or any detoxoficative water or juice in empty stomach will my weight decrease more? What can i do plz help

Hi Doctor, Can Ayurveda cure my 3 years old B/L cervical lymph nodes.. Everytime I palpate I get new nodes.. Reports attached ( MRI & Usg)nothing abnormal e cept few nides Fnac was reactive...2yes before I did fnac. Still nodes are persisting. Been to ENT, surgeon & oncologist...they are saying all are functional or normal nodes based on their appearance. I'm worried of lots of things ..I have sclap lesions.. Can Ayurveda cure these nodes. Please reply...it I'll be grateful. Thanks

Suffering from nasal polyps and nasal congestion. Water discharge from nose. More in evening. Some time thick mucose also discharged. Chronic problem. Under going homeopathic treatment but not much improvement. Nasal congestion is more in winter and summer. Rainy season problems is not severe. Mouth breathing due to nasal congestion.

Plz give me medicine for frequent urination from many months taken antibiotics for uti but no relief I have high blood pressure problem also
