What is the treatment for dandruff in ayurveda I have pimples on shoulders caused by dandruff in how many days it can be cured

Hi am 28yrs old and facing severe hair fall problem these 6months.. Using ayuurvedic shampoo containing amla henna etc for a month.. Also dandruff oil vetpalai is prescribed by doctor.. Wat s d best suggestion for prevention of hair fall..pls suggest

Hi. I m High blood pressure patient since 5 years, for controlling daily having BETACAP TR40MG tablets,  but since 2 years started imbalance while walking so that Ayurveda doctor said me to use ANUTAILA Can anybody tell me there is any side effects by using ANUTAILA and BETCAPA TR 40MG medicine

6months back i undergone panchakarma treatment , and i m talking few ayurvadic  tablets for asthma and nasal allergy as doctor prescribed but my symptoms become worsen , thr s no improvement , is it possible to cure asthma in ayurveda or just can treat a symptoms like allopathic can i take inhaler along with ayurvedic pills ?

My father age 56, have bp 150/100, 15 days ago .. doctor have stated telmisatan but he don't want to go for allopathic medicine so instead he started taking muktavati with milk empty stomach 2 times a day since 10 days ..and now his bp is 140/90 ..but it is constant in 140/90-88 ..plz suggest me what to do so that his bp comes down,what should be the readings ..what should be the medications ?? Thanks Dr Sushma. Buying have consulted many doctors regards imbalance, all scan and blood test has done and ear surgery also performed but no cure of imbalance. So I went to my native there one old man prescribed me ANUTAILA. I don't know how it will help for my symptoms? But it should not cause any side effects which I am already taking BETACAP TR 40mg.
