I have started taking Patanjali Medhawati Since week for Sharp brain,depression.But I am facing loose motion after taking it. I saw on net that there is no drawback..then are all lying to make fake publicity of patanjali???

I have heavy bleeding prob during menstruation . It starts up with spotting for few days and all of the sudden after a week the heavy flow starts. No pain but lot of blood loss due to the heavy bleeding. For 7 to 8 days it flows heavily with clots in it. Then it stops all of the sudden so in a month 15 days I face this issue. Have hd all the test like thyroid and pap smear. Nothing ruled out and all the test turns out to be normal. Is there any solution for this prob in ayurvedic? And heard any ashokarista. Can this be the solution of my prob? Kindly suggest.
