Stool is hard and it is bleeding also.constipation problem .I feel its piles.but I'm not confirmed.please suggest me

I had diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2013. I had ileostomy surgery along with mucus fistula four months back. Rt now I am having ostomy bag. I am on adalimumab azaron and stroids stopped one week back. Please tell me whether we have a permanent cure in ayurvedam. I am fed up with halopathy medicine

I am having fungal infection on my buttocks area, and was on a medication of itraconazole tablets and Ketoconazole cream for about 3-4 months now as per the prescription of doctor. But problem is while on medication the infection goes away but as soon as I stop taking medicine it comes back. It is like red little dots, Itchy. Please suggest some ayurvedic medicines to finish it off completely.

Hello Doctor, I have a left upper Ureteric calculi of 15 mm size with moderate hydroureteronephrosis...I was suggested to go for ureteroscopic removal of stone..I want to know can this be treated in Ayurvedic medicine??If possible approximately how much time does it take for it?!

I have swelling in my feet from last one week,I'm currently in 27th week,I had been putting rock salt in hot water and laying legs in that but not much effect.
