Hi my weight is 76kgs and I'm about 5.3 feet I need to reduce weight. Specially around my stomach. I want to know which herb or medicine in ayurveda to use for fat loss around stomach and arms along with diet and exercise. I have a normal south Indian diet, junk(only occasionally).please help. I do brisk walk for 30 mins daily. And yoga too. I have no other health issues thyroid and all good no issues with it. Please help.

Hi, I am 33 yr old and have a 3.5yr old daughter. After my delivery, I started having weird symptoms before my menstrual cycle,from a year its lil problematic for me to handle all during those 5days. Like i get to feel my body is becoming too hot, I get lots of skin breakout on face, sometimes heat boils on tongue, heat boils in throat, sore throat, stomach upset, or my hemmoroids gets aggravated. Does these really happen because of the body heat? Everybody says my body gets heat very easily like from food items ( garlic, ginger, pepper) and tea coffee etc. My biggest problem is how to keep my body free from pitta always. My grany says i was basically pitta deha from the beginning. I need help , is it pitta that causes these heat boils? It becomes more when i take head bath after applying lot of oil to my scalp. I am tired of all of these. Please help me what to do about it. Thanks in advance!!!
