My age is 27 years , male. Hair density on one of the portions of my scalp has become thin. So I want to use the attached hair oil for regrow of hair . Is this hair oil clinically tested for regrow of hair on thin portion ??? Has its any adverse effect like more hair fall ???

I have been diagnosed with H Pylori Gastritis , Functional Bowel Disease in 2015 at CMC Vellore. I have been facing Recurring Mouth Ulcers since 2011. Since 2020 October I have been practicing Yogasana in my home after reading yoga books and watching youtube videos, as there is hardly any option available in my area. My questions are: 1. For a person like me who is facing the aforementioned issues, which asanas should be practiced and which are not? 2. Why Im facing sometimes mouth ulcers development after completing my Yoga sessions (may be I'm wrong but I'm not sure). If there is any  Ayuved and Yoga expert can throw some light on it.
