Hello I want to gain weight My ayurvedic doctor suggested me to take sukhda vati,liver tonic and ashwagandharishtra Its very difficult to take liquid in office.. Can i take ashwagandharishtra in water empty stomach in morning? Please tell i am in confusion

Hi I would like to know about any medication for the treatment of migraine.I have frequent headaches almost three times every month.Aggravating factors are light,sound,stress.It is also associated with feelings of nausea.I am currently on allopathy medication would like to try ayurveda.I heard Migrakot tablets and Nasya  of kottakal are effective .
