My father age is 74 and he is fine with the health. Earlier he was having some vitamin tablets.Due to change in weather we are planning to take giloy tablet regularly to improve our immunity. He is having moderate constipation issue. So,can he take giloy tablets regularly morning empty stomach.

During my consult with doctors for hairloss in early 20's i noticed that. Some ayurvedic doctors say apply oil during night and wash it while some says never apply for whole night only 30 minute before bath While some says apply oil regularly in very low quantity for protection from pollution Why is it so? Also please tell me weather to apply single oil or to apply mixture of oils

I am currently taking Orthoherb tablet for knee pain. I have also been diagnosed with high cholesterol on the basis of a test done today. The doctor has prescribed Orofer XT tablet and Rosuvas F 10 tablet. Can I continue taking Orthoherb tablet along with the these two tablets?
