How to use pinda oil for burning sensation in the sole of my feet Do I have to warm the oil before applying

I'm planning to take gokshura and ashwagandha. Shall I consume gokhshura in the morning and ashwagandha before sleeping, or shall I take them together?

Hi,     Since childhood I have a very bad bowel habit. Its not regular. i don't pass stool everyday.there is always one day gap in every movement (sometimes 2). Please suggest some ayurvedic treatment for the same.
