What are the ayurvedic treatment options to get rid of scars left on legs from childhood illnesses (chicken pox, eczema etc)? Would nalpamaradi and eladi oils help? Or are there any other oils or medicine to be used? Thank you for your help.

Hi, my dad is 63 years old and having enlarged prostate since 10 years and taking allopathy medications. Now he is facing difficulty while starting urination. His prostate volume is 21 cc. Does he require surgery for this?? Or can he control using ayurvedic methods? How good is HIMALAYA HIMPLASIA tablet for this condition? What are the other treatments in ayurveda?

Hi Doctor, I'm using kotakal nalpamaradi kera thailam for my baby message and il keep fr 10mins before bath daily. I'm using it from 2nd month till now. Is it safe to continue for her entire life or need to stop it? I'm using 200ml of nalpamaradi kera thailam with 10ml of kotakal kumkumadi thailam combination. Is it gud proportion?
