I am suffering from heart muscle weak problem.which treatment used my muscles weak problem solving.and which food used.

I am feeling sensation Of hairs are crawling on my chin  (in beard and mustache area.) But when I applies water on it I feel good and the condition gets better but again the feeling of hair are crawling in my beard area (on chin).I applied moisturizer and also aloevera but no relief .

My son is 11 years old and having autism. I met two Ayurveda doctors. One doctor suggested many medicines for speech, brain development, immunity (Swarna bindu prashana), nose to brain drops and ghee based medicine etc. Other doctor suggested just two medicines saraswatarishta and manasa mitra and said these two are enough to start with and if required he will suggest more later after few months. Unable to decide who is right and whom to choose. Please advise.

Hello I did steam therapy effectively and due to that my mucus got dried completely. I am also doing kapalbathi and pranayama. Does loss of mucus leads to any problems.. No mucus in nose..
