Hello I get headache and sometimes numbness in my hands and legs and usually occurs while I sleep and these headaches don't go easily and I usually know when they come like I get indication of headache and it doesn't go immediately but takes 2-3days to reduce. I can't even concentrate or can't do any work and have a bad mood. Please help I have contacted alopathy doctors with no proper diagnosis.
