I have constipation and gastric problem. What are the simple aryurvedic ways to treat these issues? Thanks in advance

I am using itone eye drop from 5 days twice a day. There was increase in eye power that after pain occurs . For how many days should I use it?

My child has eczema and very dry skin. Lots of itching and redness. He is allergic to nuts and peanut. Breakfast is usually millet porridge(any one of jowar,bajra,ragi,rajgira), lunch dal rice sabji and dinner roti sabji. Is it ok to eat millets daily ? What food should be had for dry skin? All food is made in ghee.

Can swarna bahasma cure and counter act all kind of gara visha or artificial poison even it is in gut for almost 30 yrs Does this cure fully can we fully recover Medicine through thi sir

Hi, please advise some ayurvedic medicine to improve digestion. When he eats some heavy food like Chhola Bhatura (during the day) then he gets vomit in the night time. Looks like indigestion but you are a better judge. Please advise.

Hello Doctor I am having constipation problem from more than 1 month. I do regular exercise, go for walk after lunch and dinner. Don't eat oil, junk and maida food items. Drink plenty of water and also eat fiber food still having this issue. I tried all home remedies (drinking lukewarm water, drinking water with "Hing" , drinking lemon/awala juice, etc) but nothing works for me. Then I tried some Ayurvedic "Churn" It gives relief for next day but if I don't take eat then face constipation problem again. I don't want to make habit of taking 'Churn' daily Please suggest what should be done for this problem Thanks in advance

Right now I am not infected and doing fine so far by God's grace, but if I do get infected in future, I want to be prepared for it. I do not have any health problems (comorbidities) right now. I want to avoid allopathy medicines for Covid if possible. For fever also I bought maha sudarshan vati instead of paracetamol. It seems Govt approved Ayush-64 and Kabasura kudineer for Covid. Found that in Ayush protocol. Just want to know if these medicines will help in recovery. Do I need to take both or only one or need any other medicine? Can I take these medicines confidently and avoid consultation with allopathy doctor? Do I need to consult Ayurvedic doctor instead even though I have the medicine? Please advise.

My mother is suffering from watery stool and gastric problem from more than two week. She took antibiotic for a week, which did not help much. 2nd week onward started ayurvedic medicine , which has helped in diarrhea. She goes toilet twice a day and still has watery stool in morning only and evening it is thick in consistency. What could be reason, what is the problem. She is only having curd rice , khichdi ,buttermilk. Please help.
