Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had been chewing tobacco and Gutkha for few years and now my mouth opening has reduced over the period of time and jaws have become stiff. Iam very concerned and depressed because of this, iam unable to eat spicy food and also I sweat a lot while eating.Please suggest any ointment that I could apply on inner mouth skin and jaws or what all test should be done.

I have done  CBCT of my tooth..doctor advise me for bone grafting.is it compulsory to do this process for implant. My CBCT report is attached.

So from the past my left jaw has started giving me pain, unable to open the mouth fully not close it without experiencing pain. I went to a dentist to consult, he said that one of my teeth has been infected with cavities, and it's too late to perform root canal. Therefore, he went ahead and extracted the tooth. Even after the tooth removal. My jaw pain hasn't gone, and there's a slight swelling as well. Any comments on this would be appreciated. Note : I have taken OPG x-ray and got the infected tooth removed

I need to get my teeth clean.  I have been facing issue of gum bleeding for quite some time and have tried all toothpaste available in the market. I have a paranoia for treatments so I  avoided it.  But now I wanted to know what would be the cost and time required for the procedure to get my teeth cleaned and polished.
