Tooth and Mouth Problems

My one milk teeth wasn't removed when i was small and the permanent teeth came over it.now the milk teeth is shaking and i am facing sensitivity,pain and swollen gums in that area.

Having pain in last left molar tooth since more than a week. Attatching picture of the same. Slight gum swelling around the tooth.What could it be and ways to get rid of it.Also have had a root canal on the last molar around 5 years back.The pain is mild but looking for solutions. Just wanted to know if its anything serious or worrisome.

I have my teeth checked and people said it's a natural colour of your teeth (yellow). Can it be white or any other suggestion.

I have done with scaling and deep cleaning...dr gave me CHLORHEXIDINE MOUTHWASH...how to use plz tell me

It's upper first molar teeth... It was treated with root canal treatment around 10years ago.. now it's paining.. especially when I chew and have hot and sweet things... It's not covered with any crown (artificial teeth) just some kind of ceramic filling... What should be done... Any home remedies.. or over the counter medicine or should consult doctors?? I upper gums are seen when I smile.. which makes me hid my smile often..the upper teeth are front of the lower teeth
