Uncomfortable and nervousness due to Tmd
My jaw disorder was occured because of excessive jaw clenching due to misaligned teeth (deep overbite or protrusion). Now I am being treated for this by dentist.... But because of misaligned teeth, tight jaw muscles and misaligned bite I always feel uncomfortable, nervousness etc. even though I think I am being treated correctly.... Please give me the solution of this dental and mental problem and tell me the best treatment plan for me...Please help me... I am really felling hopeless.

Discomfort during Braces treatment is quite normal...Everybody will have this..You will adapt it soon after some months...Don't panic and don't be stress...Everything will be okay during the course of the treatment

Dear everybody feels uncomfort in braces during begining phase due to force during tooth movement and it will become normal after sometime and this treatment takes time for better result so you cant decide at this phase you are treating correctly or not so you have to keep patience and trust on your dentist so dont be so nervous and take it easy.
