Tooth and Mouth Problems

Iam going under orthodontic  treatment(  7months passed )...and my teeth started getting small cavities...so what should I do? And whom should I see for the treatment of cavities- an orthodontist or a dentist? Iam afraid that after one year when my braces will get off the teeth , my cavities will become much larger and almost all my teeth  may get decayed :( :( :( :( :(:(:( :(

Having toothache in last tooth on left side since few days.The pain is also experienced while moving the jaw.Attatching picture of same tooth.please tell me what it is and is it anything serious.Also the tooth has undergone root canal treatment around 5 years ago

Hello Doctors, I have my right top colar to be replaced from Metal to Ceramic or Zirconium. I have visited a detal and they are charging 12000 ra for Zirconium one. Is this worth buying? What happens if I go to Ceramic Cap? What would be the difference between Ceramic and Zirconium in terms of Life and Stability? I have 4 teeth to change into CAP.. Please suggest! Wisdom tooth is horizontal and with cavity. Also see little blood clot in morning when I first wash mouth with water. Whole day normal, no blood, no pain
