Hello sir.. Ideally after 4 to 12 months of bone grafting the first implant can be placed...It is the time taken for the bone to heal...You wont feel any pain during procedure while it is done under local anesthesia...mild dicomfort will be there for one week after the procedure as it is a minor surgical one

This procedure is not painful at all, you can do your daily routine activities but only have to follow few precautions and take medicines.

Bone grafting or implant placement is not at all painful because whole of the work is done under local anesthesia don't worry. And you can go for your routine work on the next day onwards. There may be some swelling or pain post operative but it will all be controlled by medicines and do follow the proper instructions of your doctor.
