Sir/mam  my dentist suggested ist molar (Lower) extraction due to infection can i do tooth extraction+bone greeting same day as i want dental implant and there is bone loss around tooth are there any condition for tooth extraction+ bone grafting same day

Yes tooth extraction and bone grafting can be done on the same visit, this will minimise ur requirement of anaesthesia multiple times, dosage of medication required and also give good results. Later u can go for implant surgery.

Yes you should go for tooth extraction and bone graft on same appointment...so that you can go for dental implant later as the bone condition is improved

The main purpose of doing bone grafting is to preserve the bone for the dental implant after the extraction of the tooth . Extraction and bone grafting has to be done in same surgical procedure . Main thing is to preserve the existing native bone - which requires most atraumatic removal of tooth .
