Hello,
I want to assure you that there is no keeda(insect) in your mouth.
Keeda is a layman's term used by the Dentists to refer Dental Caries
So, you don't have keeda or any kind of insect in your mouth but you have Dental Caries
Dental caries is a scientific term for tooth decay or cavities.
Next Steps
Get restorations/fillings done for all the carious teeth in your oral cavity.
Health Tips
Brush at least twice a day and rinse after every meal.

Hello sir..
your picture shows you have cavities in your teeth that you need to filled... once it reaches inner layer it starts paining so immediate action should be taken
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur clinical examination and management
U definitely need to see a dentist as soon as possible to get fillings done ( the sooner the better chances to save your teeth with fillings) if untreated this keeda which is tooth infection will spread and cause pain, which requires more extensive and expensive root canal and crown treatment to save it as removal of ur molars (chewing tooth) is not advisable.
Namaskaram, a kida or cavity needs to be removed and filled by a dentist. Once it starts it only goes deeper. So its best not to ignore. Please get an xray to be sure of the depth and then get it filled.
