Hello sir... pain due to cavity is due to the cavitation reaches innermost (nerve)layer of your teeth...once it reaches pulp simple filling wont be effective...you need to go for root canal treatment only...Xray (Iopa) has to be taken to confirm the extension of cavity
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur clinical examination and management

Visit a dentist and save your tooth if possible with a Root canal and crown treatment. If Rct not possible go for extraction followed by replacement with implants.

Hi sir... According to your symptoms... If the pain is increasing at night during sleep is a classic symptom of ur cavity reaching the pulpal tissue which contains the nerve. This means that your tooth is deeply decayed with nerve exposure which can be confirmed with a dental xray.
Next Steps
You should reach any nearby dentist or preferably an Endodontist who can assess clinically and radiographically whether by RCT and crown procedure the tooth can be saved or not.
Health Tips
Warm saline gargle followed by painkillers in case of severe pain. But do visit ur dentist nearby for more clarity.

Namaskaram, cavities are something that can't be cured on their own. Only a dentist can remove them and fill them with a filling. The pain is due to infection, therefore only taking pain killers for long will also not solve your problem. Please visit a dentist at the earliest and start your treatment. Team Shambhala.
