I have black lines in front of all teeth. Recently, i have been drinking iron and magnesium contained syrup since then i see this patch. I doubt black lines on front of the teeth was due to this syrup! Or was it due to tooth decay or something.. I have ulceration inside my right cheeks which has areas of grey pigmentation. I have OSMF as well. I am hell worried. I have consulted an ENT and i am taking Turmi Q tablet once a day. According to the ENT, the patches will never regress, Just the redness on those patches will go off with time. I am unable to eat a particle of chilly even. Wanted to know what should the action and line of treatment. How can i get rid of these patches.I was in habit of smoking and chewing pan masala for 10years and these patches have developed post the cessation of my habit of chewing pan masala. Wanted to know why after cessation i got these patches because when i was using the pan masala i just had osmf and not these patches. I am much worried about these patches. And every day i see somewhere or the other deep pink areas inside my cheeks. Can you please help me doctor and what should b done.
