Osmf ulcers on lips unhealing,tobacco ch
Big round ULCERS on LIPS are growing upper and lower lips also inside cheeks.,along with white patches and bands, since ,5 months Lot mouth watering and burning sensation Even without chillies,food. Very sensitive in mouth. UNABLE to take food. Bcause of burning developed daily. Please advise me sir the remedies for Cure. Thank you.

consult with oral medicine specialist asap. Till then quit tobacco chewing. Apply mucopain or dentogel onitment and take painkiller, Tab Zerodol p. do 4-5 times warm salt water mouthwash.

First stop habits like smoking, chewing tobacco or pan, have to check how much is the opening, you can use oint.curenext, kenocort can b used but if there s ulceration better to avoid. Have antioxidants like tab.sm fibro bd fr 3 months as supportive therapy. If the ulcers doesn't subside in 14 days biopsy has to be done. u can use mouthwash containing benzydamine.

Kenocort gel,dologel CT 3-4 times a day for 15 days, Tab.SM fibro, Vitamin A 2 times a day for 3 months. Tab.Flexon MR 2 times a day after food and antacid if needed. For 15 days. Inj.Kenacort in the fibres. Surgery may be needed if no improvement in mouth opening. Eat healthy diet. Quit all the bad habits. Drink plenty of water. Eat lots of green leafy veggies. Eats fresh juicy fruits.
