Because I got near ulcer lip down inside past 8days it was not healing only
I am scared plz advise ..

**Stress and anxiety
**Vit B12 deficiency
**Iron deficiency anemia
**Trauma
**Viral infection

Kindly make note of these few things..
Avoid spicy food.
Drink lot of water.
Do betadine rinses for atleast 10 days.
Have multivitamins ( becozyme-c-forte,supradyn once daily)
Take lycogold medicine twice daily
