So much pain and sweling in gum
My gum swelling and lots of Pain and can't open mouth and not even feed .use pain killer but not working till .m suffering lots of trouble and pain increases with time . Due to lockdown no transportation in our place.use zerodol SP pain killer but not working.plz give some medicine for night and plz advice us what we do for treatment .

Your gum swelling is because of the infected tooth. Antibiotics such as Augmentin 625 will work. Stop your habits such as pan chewing Warm water with salt rinsing may relieve some pain

Take Augmentin 625mg twice daily morning once and night once. And keterol - dt twice daily for three days both medications to be taken after food for 3 days.

Deep cleaning and xray to suggest the rx. Take:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals Apply Hexigel ointment thrice daily for 5days Warm saline rinses between meals Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days ☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Moxikind CV

Pain will subside only after treatment. In meantime take ketorol dt 2 tab stat Go for xray of tooth to decide treatment. Inj voveran for instant relief

You seem to have a deep cavity which has been overlooked for long time. Cavity has infected the tooth and now gone till the gums. Take tab combiflam for now
