Tooth and Mouth Problems

Please suggest the cheapest possible way to get my teeth braced. I've 2 milk teeth yet ,which I think should be removed. Is getting it in a dental college hospitals, a good option ?

Sir/mam  my dentist suggested ist molar (Lower) extraction due to infection can i do tooth extraction+bone greeting same day as i want dental implant and there is bone loss around tooth are there any condition for tooth extraction+ bone grafting same day

There is a swelling beside the molar tooth & left cheek. Also a slight swelling right below the jawline which pains if pressed.

I have tinny dots on both sides of cheeks inside mouth also some on lips .which can shown when we streching the skin.They look like fordyce spots.i have this problem from last two months. Sir this any serios probelm

I was eating some kaccha maggi last night and one of the broken crunchy pieces got jammed into my top gum. It hurt in the moment, but had subsided. Now I woke up and there is this cavity like pain that's not going away. No dentist is open today, so if any pain killer could be recommended until I can go see one tomorrow, that'll be helpful.
