I want to whitening my teeth. Is there any toothpaste or something available to whitening teeth? Which is not harmful also.

I am having pus from my wisdom teeth and I noticed white patches on my cheek near wisdom teeth.. what is this condition and how to treat it?

My second phase treatment with braces is going on for my tmj disorder. I have noticed that my occlusion is being aligned slowly and my facial appearance is coming back. Can braces correct muscle spasm occured due to tmd? Is it possible for braces to increase my overbite by pushing my lower jaw backward or by anyway? Is muscle spasm in facial area will go away automatically during the alignment of my bite? Please help 🙏.

I have continuous pain in my lower front teeth since 4 months then my dentist say i have deep bite problem.He consulted me for braces treatment then one month braces treatment i have no so much relief how can i do?how much wait for relief?
