Hi U can addd a pinch of salt to the warm water to help u ease pain better

Preferably use warm salt water rinses after every meal and just before bed take a simple painkiller like paracetamol or ketorolac 10 mg If the pain eases and disappears can evaluate post lockdown with an inclinic visit

If pain increases with hot if the pain does not allow you to sleep if the pain killer does not ease pain at all please call to understand ur problem better
