No, it’s absolutely not ok to keep your missing teeth for long. Once there is any missing tooth, the teeth behind it will have a tendency to come come forward, and above it will try to come downward. So, in order to prevent that from happening you need to get it replaced asap.

Hi
If it’s your wisdom tooth
No need of replacement
If it’s your 1st&2nd molar
You have to replace with Implants
After lock down pls visit your implantolagist
Not quite because missing teeth leads to sequale:-
•Migration of other teeth in its space and gingival recession of other teeth
•Unbalanced occlusion
•TMJ disorder and Athralgia or pain in joints
It can be replaced by implant or bridge or denture
Thnqq for ur query
It depends on which molar tooth is missing
If it is third molar i.e wisdom tooth then no need to worry as it is Vestigeal in our oral cavity i.e unable to function due to it's presence in most posterior region of mouth
but
If the missing molar is 1st molar or 2nd molar then u have to get it replaced with bridge or implant... Otherwise it will lead to other problems in your mouth..
