Hi, Since you’ve got your lower wisdom tooth removed few years back, the opposing tooth ie. your upper wisdom tooth will always have a tendency to grow downwards as there is no resisting force on it from the lower tooth (already extracted).
So generally after a few years, that tooth starts impinging on the lower gums and creates discomfort and pain.
