Hi, Since you’ve got your lower wisdom tooth removed few years back, the opposing tooth ie. your upper wisdom tooth will always have a tendency to grow downwards as there is no resisting force on it from the lower tooth (already extracted). So generally after a few years, that tooth starts impinging on the lower gums and creates discomfort and pain.

Get the upper wisdom tooth extracted as its causing problem and not helping you in chewing.
