OSMF, TOBACCO, SINCE 7 years,low immunit
DENTIIST DIOGNOSED OSMF III 5 months Back. Tobacco chewing addiction. Big round ULCERS with depression in middle lower lips and uupper lips & adding more on lips.since 3 -4 months. Burning sensation inside the mouth even without chillies curry . Little hot food also impossible. Swetting. Indigestion, WHITE patches and bands inside the cheeks Under the tongue bluish veins seen Ice like substance seen at lower lips connecting three teeth. Is it turning to sqamous carcinoma. Please advise me medication. Still chewing tobacco Round patches and bands in both the cheeks In between with white scar like.

Tab.SM fibro 3 months Vitamin E for 3 months Quit habit Go for the biopsy Inj.Kenacort in the fibres Kenacort gel over the affected are If unable to open mouth ,then plz take Tab.Flexon MR 2 times a day for 15days Cutting of fibres may be needed

Quit chewing tobacco. It may convert into carcinoma if you continue using it. Do not eat spicy, hot food. Keep your diet soft. Take tablet Mintovit L once daily and continue it for 1 month.
