Yellow teeth, white tongue. Dark gums. Because of excessive smoking. How to recover this back to normal.

Actually my Braces rubber bands are too loose and stained so i just want to ask that i have additional braces ligature ties so can i change them myself at home or it is harmful to change rubber bands at home. I just want to know that if i do this myself  at home  will it affect my treatment?? Please let me know if i can do so. Thank you.

My symptoms are,severe sore pain in jaw under earlobe.mild swelling in jaw since may. No changes in swelling.No increase or decrease in swelling. have sore ear pain with fullness in ear.No ear infection. Checked with ENT.have severe sore burning pain in side of neck with mild swelling.have some lump like pea size inside skin near swelling.It hurts to touch spots.I have some sore spots in the neck and under the earlobe in jaw(small bump under ear).It hurts to touch.started when I chew something more than usual.Next day I heard a pop in jaw and this jaw,ear pain with swelling started.It's still same pain and swelling til today.ringing sound in ear whenever I lie down.I have some burning sensation inside ear.went to dentist.Told me to extract Upper wisdom tooth.extracted in July.dentist say,I have a fracture on tooth#46.its not visible in x-ray or cbct.went to endo&he couldn't find any crack.dentist want me to do RCT. that tooth is little sensitive to cold,bit tender to bite on one spot.

My symptoms are,severe burning sore pain in the lower jaw under earlobe and on the side of the neck since may. Mild Swelling in the lower jaw and neck. I have small pea size lump on the neck along with mild swelling. Sore ear pain with mild swelling.i went to ENT and no Infection in ear and sinus. I went to dentist and no infection in any tooth. He told me to extract upper wisdom tooth and I did that 2 months back and same symptoms still. dentist said I might have tooth fracture on lower first molar and told me to RCT or extract it. But crack is not visible on x-ray and cbct scan. I went to the Endodontist. He said no fracture, but tooth is little cold sensitive. I had sore pain for 20secs after cold spray test. Tender and sensitivity to bite on one spot on that tooth.so he said to do RCT. I went for second Endo opinion. He said tooth is healthy and not RCT required. It's kind of confusing if I need RCT or not. How to know if I have a crack, fracture or root fracture? should I try RCT?

Last year August i completed my braces treatment to fill tooth gap. i wore retainers for 3 months following which it broke and i ignored wearing them again. the teeth has relapsed to the original position and tar tar has deposited..pictures are attached. kindly suggest a solution.

I am planning to get RCT for my two teeths. What is the best CAP available with tentative price ranges ? Does RCT last longer as I have read many reviews where ReRCT is done. Shall I go for implant even if RCT is possible as I feel its will be a recurrent issue. Don't want to take anything at a later stage , when I will be in my 40-50 years of age.
