Severe tooth pain; cavity problem
My brother has acute tooth pain. He has couple of cavities and its terribly painful coz of this. He has taken 3 painkillers Zerodol but there is no relief. Could you please advise? We will take him to dentist soon but any thing for the time being? Any medication or special toothpaste or home remedy? Please advise! Many thanks!

I think you must have shown your brother to a dentist by now
Treatment is RCT or tooth removal
Get IM injection of 1 amp Voveron if it pains again ( provided brother is not allergic to the medicine )
Or else take him to emergency of any near by hospital or nursing home

Well the ideal solution is to go to a dentist asap. But if you are unable to go there I would suggest start with a course of antibiotics along with painkillers. But keep in mind about different allergies associated with it. So it's always good to consult your family physician about the antibiotics and then start.
