Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been consuming lemonade from past few months twice daily. From past few months I am experiencing sensitivity in my incisors teeth while chewing up the meal. Feeling of pain and sensitivity enhances after citric acid from the lemonade gets in contact with the structure of the teeth. I believe that's because of the acidic nature of the lemon. There is some erosion of the outer and inner enamel of the tooth externally and internally. I brush my teeth once in a day. Is it advisable to use sensitive or medicated toothpaste available in the market. What about the mouth wash and salt water gargles. Shall I stop consuming lemonade or is there any way by which I can consume it without getting any damage to the enamel of my teeth. In the case of removal or damage of the teeth because of acidic fluid can it be reversed or cured. How can know the status of my teeth without visiting the clinic or undergoing x-ray. Please suggest me a home remedy to get it cured and protect my teeth forever.

There is a cavity in one of my molar on the upper side. I am experiencing extreme pain since last 3days and unable to bear the pain. While drinking hot water or beverages it starts paining. In the situation of covid I don't want to visit any dentist. Plz advise any medication.

Dr today morning while I was brushing, small layer on my Teath is came out.. I was scared wt it was... But then I Googled it n came to know it's called as tartar... Yellow thick layer on the Teath... Scared of loosing my teath bcz it's a front teath... Can't go out to visit dentist... Wt should I do...

Cavity in upper line third from the end in both left and right. Normally, no pain and no swelling but while eating any solid food feels pain. It continues for two months. Gargling with hot salt water but, no relief from it. Should I take any antibiotic/pain killer?? If yes, then which one???
