Swollen and pain gums
My husband have swollen and pain in gums from one day... Swollen in upper gums like white lump thing please help

Hello,
Please check for whether there is any foul smell or taste sensation in mouth. That could indicate abscess.
Visit near by dentist as soon as possible to avoid further complication.

Line of treatment will be scaling (cleaning) of teeth..followed by some tropical medication..till then continue with warm saline gargles...

Localized swelling is most commonly due to Infection because of tooth decay leading to pus formation. See a dentist on an urgent basis for diagnosis and treatment.

This looks like an abscess and needs treatment with a dentist.
But for now, he can take medication like
T. Combiflam once a day after food ( if he’s not asthmatic)
Apply Quadragel on the site of infection
