Tooth and Mouth Problems

My teeths are getting sour in taste im feeling shiverness in my teeth . What to do...In this situation

Hii doctor, I have seen a long white vain like structure inside the skin of my mouth. It is present lower of the cheek. It is not visible directly even with a soft touch it can not be felt. The inside of mouth looks normal but if it can be pressed from ouside and took a pressure with fingers then there a white vain like structure can be seen. There is no pain in it. Can anyone tell me what is it. Once i have tooth filling on the same side(left). And this white long thing also looks like it starts from the same tooth. Can anyone tell me what is it.

My baby boy is 2yr 6months old.from 2months on words I observed white patches and also black tiny spots on his teeth. It's not going after brushing. Am using mamaearth toothpaste for brushing. Teeth weakens, they appear longer. Gums recession. Always sensession in teeth. It exposing more tooth.
