My baby boy is 2yr 6months old.from 2months on words I observed white patches and also black tiny spots on his teeth. It's not going after brushing. Am using mamaearth toothpaste for brushing. He is not eating too much of chocolates and sweets also.plz tell me is there is treatment required for him?is there chance to spread other teeth also?

Hi. This looks like a case of fluorosis. If you stay anywhere in or around Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Gujrat or Andhra Pradesh, don't use fluoridated toothpaste for your child. These areas have high fluoride content in its water. So if you are using mama earth's fluoridated toothpaste, don't use that. Rest don't worry. Visit a dentist for a confirmed diagnosis. And avoid fluoridated toothpastes for now.

As of now ot looks like stains. Must be due to some syrup or iron tonic.
