Hello, Pain since one weak and if its severe and unbearable then u take a painkiller such as ketorol Dt 3 times a day . But u need a complete evaluation . Pain conncerned to which tooth wheter it is decayed or having periodontal problem .etc kindly if possible upload the pick of pain associated tooth . Consult with picks on personal chat .
