Gum receding. It exposing more tooth.

Hello Actually I have take a small history for telling you treatment ... do u have any habit of tobacco chewing or smoking, r u diabetic , when did u go to a dentist last time to get cleaning of teeth ,Do u have bleeding gums too , How do you brush your teeth and with what Reasons could be -faulty brushing technique , applying too much pressure with medium or hard bristled brush while brushing , Brushing horizontally instead of Bass technique - tobacco habit causes ill effects on periodontium ( gums n bone around teeth ) - too much deposit on teeth and condition like diabetes aggravates gum problem _ using some tooth powder containing tobacco or some Ayurvedic pastes also causes abrasion of teeth Treatment You need to visit dentist for cleaning of teeth , get a full mouth X-ray and if needed a flap surgery to cover receded area over the roots of teeth . Have to start medicated pastes like sensodyne repair n protect / vantej/or paste for hypersensitivity . You might need fillings in areas of sensitivity

Brush twice daily Use pastes available for hypersensitive dentin Use super soft brush in proper brushing technique Use dental floss Cleaning of teeth every six months
